INTERACTIVE NEW MEDIA
Interactive new media is a type of technology that can be integrated with other technologies to allow its users greater connectivity. While most types of new media are integrative by nature, they display varying levels of interactivity. For example, a product such as an iPhone® allows users to browse the Internet, listen to music, and interact through various applications in addition to calling and texting — making it an interactive new media product. An online virtual world such as Second Life™ is also a type of interactive new media, allowing users to communicate as well as buy, sell, trade and rent virtual goods with other users.
NEW MEDIA TECHNOLOGY
Amazingly, for such a new concept as new media technology, there is a significant amount of new media jobs now available on the market. Because of the complicated technology and intensive education process that it takes to educate an individual in new media, there have been a variety of new media technology colleges that have sprung up to meet the demand.
Besides these new colleges and education facilities, traditional colleges and universities including UiTM are stepping up their media programs to include new technology to ensure that their graduates are keeping up with the market trends.

PR is not about glamorous and pleasure...
The public often think of PR as a glamorous job. We, PR people seem to have tarred with the image of constant partying and spinning others. In their mind, PR is about good looking, beauty and pleasure...
The reality is PR Practitioners work long hours in stress and tensions. We do spin but spinning in public relations is to turn around a bad situation to better situation. Is that wrong???
What say you???
