PR is not about glamorous and pleasure...
The public often think of PR as a glamorous job. We, PR people seem to have tarred with the image of constant partying and spinning others. In their mind, PR is about good looking, beauty and pleasure...
The reality is PR Practitioners work long hours in stress and tensions. We do spin but spinning in public relations is to turn around a bad situation to better situation. Is that wrong???

ReplyDeletePublic think PR jobs as glamourous just because it was the perseption that been given to them. For example, a reality show "Spin Crowd" at E! which showed the PR industry...some contents perhaps not suitable and can lead the viewers to misunderstanding the real PR roles...
